By accessing the DrySolve Restoration website (drysolverestoration.com) or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
DrySolve Restoration provides emergency water damage restoration, storm damage cleanup, commercial restoration, and related services in the Denver metropolitan area and surrounding regions. All work is performed in accordance with IICRC industry standards.
Service requests submitted through this website do not constitute a binding contract. Formal scope and pricing are established through a signed work authorization between you and DrySolve Restoration prior to any work commencing.
Pricing for all services is provided in writing prior to work beginning. Insurance billing is available when authorized. The customer remains responsible for any deductibles, non-covered services, and balances not reimbursed by insurance.
While we strive for rapid emergency response (typically under 60 minutes), response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on weather, demand, traffic, and other circumstances beyond our control.
We warrant that all restoration work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with IICRC standards. Specific written warranties on individual projects, when offered, are governed by the work authorization for that project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrySolve Restoration's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Information on this website is provided "as is" for general informational purposes. Specific recommendations for your property should come from a qualified inspection of that property. Articles, FAQs, and resources do not constitute legal, insurance, or engineering advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
